Working as full time journalist since 1993 in various capacities in both print and broadcast media. During my journalism career, I mostly worked in capacieties as field reporter and desk editor covering almost all important events and developments at provincial and national level. The years long experience, as field reporter, provided me an opportunity to developed extensive contacts in political, bureacratic and social circles of the province. Besides, my professional contatcs, I am confident to claim that, currently, I enjoy personal relationships with almost majority of the who& who in politics and government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Present Position
Presently, I am working as senior reporter with AajTv at its Peshwar bureau since 2008. I am responsible for covering hard political and tribal affairs from the provincial capital, besides, news packaging on social and secuerity related issues of this volatile province, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Daily Mashriq Peshawar
Started my journalism career as city reporter from Daily Mashriq Peshawar in 1995 soon after completing my post graduation in Journalism and Mass Communicaiton.
Asian News Network
Served as bureau chief in Asian News Network in Peshwar.
Daily KasotiPeshwar:
Joined Daily Kasoti (International) Peshwar as City Editor on the desk.
Other papers which I served in various capacities on the field and desk includeded Daily Ausaf Islamabad and Daily Ajkal Peshawar.
Radio Presenter:
I am also working as radio presenter hosting a one hour live show on FM 93, FM 101 and Radio Pakistan on the current situation of Federally Administered Tribal Areas and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The program is broadcast,simultaneously, from FM 93 and Radio Pakistan local networks in Dera Ismail Khan, Kohat, Bannu.
I also worked with KRGV TV (channel 5) USA Texas in the past as stinger.
Media Trainer:
I have extensive experience in media training particulalry in the fields of conflict sensitive reporting, community journalism and project reporting. Besids my professional duties as field reporter, currently, I am also engaged in giving field training to students of Journalism & Mass Communication faculty University of Peshawar in the project reporting and community journalism regularly for the last several years.
Trainings and workshops:
During my journalism career I have attended numerious training courses, workshops and seminar related to journalism both with in Pakistan and abroad including US, Nepal etc.
Other skills:
Good experience in adobe audition and edit news packages and reports. Have also working experience and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, in page & multimedia presentations.
Languages Proficiency: Urdu, English, Pushto.

Voice president of South Asia Free Media Associatison Khyber pukhtunkhwa chapter. Twice elected as General Secretary of Khyber union of Journalists and presently General Secertary Press Club Khyber Pukhtunkhwa,
